Well Child optometry exams are offered at school during the school day or by appointment at our Memphis clinic
Each exam includes:
- Complete optometry exam, checking for vision and eye health issues
- Eye dilation, with parent’s permission and if clinically needed
- If a vision issue is found, student may select from frames kept on-site. We will measure and order the glasses
- Licensed optician dispenses all glasses at school, fitting and adjusting as needed
Insurance
Well Child will bill your insurance carrier or managed care organization for the exam(s). There is no cost to your school or district. Well Child partners with the following insurance plans to offer optometry exams:
