Get an annual physical and eye exam at school during the school day.

• All exams take place at school during the school day.
• Annual physicals meet the requirements of the Medicaid EPSDT exam.
• With parent’s permission, Well Child will treat many common illnesses and conditions identified, sending an electronic prescription to the parent’s preferred pharmacy.
• Eye exams are the same as an annual visit to an optometrist.
• If glasses are needed, licensed opticians will deliver and fit glasses to students at school during the school day.
• Exams will be charged to a student’s health insurance.
